Rome, January 8 - House prices rose 0.2% in the third quarter of 2015 compared to the previous quarter, the first rise in four years, Istat said Friday. Prices were down 2.3% year-on-year. However, the quarter-to-quarter rise appeared to support growing evidence that Italy's economic recovery is picking up pace.
